Refund & Return Policy

At DukanHub, we offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Refunds or replacements are provided after the returned item is inspected.

• For COD orders, approved refunds will be sent through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

• Return shipping is covered by DukanHub if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
